Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: Within New Zealand: Delivery time: 3-5 business days

Express Shipping: Within New Zealand: Delivery time: 1-2 business days

All orders are dispatched from our location at Unit 5, 190 High Street, Rangiora, 7400.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as holidays or sales events.

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping options throughout New Zealand. At checkout, please select North Island or South Island, and if you live at a rural address, please select that option. If you do not select that option we will have to get in touch to organise paying that difference.

International Shipping:

We do offer international shipping, but rates to be confirmed. Please get in touch to discuss what that might look like.

Local Pickup:

If you're local to Rangiora, you can opt for local pickup at our store. Simply select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.
