Welcome to our store! By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to the following terms. We like to keep things simple and transparent so you know exactly what to expect.
Handmade with Love
All of our ceramics are individually handmade, so no two are ever exactly the same—and we think that’s pretty special. Expect slight variations in shape, size, and glaze. These aren’t imperfections, just part of their charm.
Pricing
All prices are listed in NZD. Prices may change from time to time without notice.
Orders & Shipping
We aim to pack and ship your order within 2–5 business days. If there’s any delay, we’ll be in touch.
Breakages in Transit
We take care when packing, but if your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the item and packaging within 3 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out with either a replacement, refund, or store credit—your choice.
Care Instructions
Most pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe (unless noted), but handwashing is always recommended for longevity. Please follow any care notes provided.
Refunds & Returns Policy
We hope you love your ceramics as much as we loved making them! But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle it:
Change of Mind
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but we’re happy to offer store credit if the item is returned unused and in its original condition within 14 days. Return shipping costs are on you.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged or there’s a fault (not including natural handmade variations), contact us within 3 days of receiving it and include photos. We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit—whatever works best for you.
Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
